SWAG Commends Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku on Appointment as CAF Second Vice-President

The Sports Writers Association of Ghana (SWAG) has warmly congratulated Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku on his recent appointment as the Second Vice-President of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), describing it as a momentous achievement for both the football administrator and the nation.

His appointment, confirmed over the weekend, marks a major step forward in Ghana’s representation at the highest levels of African football governance. It has been widely celebrated by the sports community as a reflection of Ghana’s growing influence within the continental football landscape.

In a statement signed by SWAG President Kwabena Yeboah, the association praised Mr. Okraku’s exceptional leadership and long-standing contributions to the development of football in Ghana and beyond.
