Kwame Peprah’s Future in India Unclear After Departure from King Faisal

Kwame Peprah, the former striker for King Faisal, is facing an uncertain future in Indian football as his contract with Kerala Blasters is set to expire at the end of May 2025.

Having joined Kerala Blasters in August 2023, the 24-year-old Ghanaian forward has made a significant impact in the Indian Super League, scoring 14 goals and registering five assists in 43 appearances. Despite his solid contributions, there are growing reports that Peprah’s time at the club may soon come to an end.

Multiple sources suggest that the Blasters will not be renewing his contract when it expires on May 31. As a result, Peprah will become a free agent, and clubs may soon begin pursuing his signature for the upcoming season.

Before making his move to India, Peprah had stints in the South African Premier Division, where he made 44 appearances for Orlando Pirates, scoring nine goals and contributing one assist. He also spent time on loan at Maritzburg United, scoring once in 14 appearances.

With no confirmation on his next destination, the future of the energetic striker is uncertain, leaving the door open for potential new opportunities across clubs in various leagues.
