Family, Friends Gather for Thanksgiving Service of Late Dr Omane Boamah
Following the final funeral rites for the eight individuals who lost their lives in the tragic helicopter crash on August 6, 2025, a special thanksgiving service was held at Christ The King Catholic Church in Accra in memory of Dr. Edward Kofi Omane Boamah, Minister of Defence and one of the crash victims.
The solemn occasion is being attended by President John Dramani Mahama, First Lady Lordina Mahama, along with a host of prominent political leaders, dignitaries, and well-wishers gathered to honour the late minister’s life and service to the nation.
