Okyeame Kwame Declares King Paluta's Artiste of the Year Win a "Done Deal"

Ghanaian rapper and entrepreneur Okyeame Kwame has voiced his support for King Paluta, endorsing him as his pick for this year’s Artiste of the Year.

In a recent Facebook post, Okyeame Kwame shared, “Artiste of the year. Signed, sealed, delivered. And he is wearing the love equation by ok. Medaase.” While he did not mention a specific award event, many believe his endorsement is aimed at the upcoming Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA). His statement has sparked discussions within the music community about who truly deserves the prestigious title of Artiste of the Year in 2024.

King Paluta has emerged as a strong contender due to his remarkable success in 2024. He released multiple hit songs such as “Aseda,” “Makoma,” and “Pop Champagne,” in addition to an album and numerous live performances both locally and internationally. These accomplishments have significantly raised his profile, making him a favorite for the award.

However, other prominent artists, including Stonebwoy, who also had a stellar 2024, and King Promise, a top contender in the previous year, are also being considered for the title.
