Piina Headmaster Suspended

The Headmaster of Piina Senior High School, Adams Mahama Issahaku, has been suspended pending a thorough investigation into an incident involving food items found in his official vehicle. The items were discovered while he was traveling from Piina SHS to Wa on Thursday, February 6, 2025.
A letter of interdiction, signed by the Upper West Regional Director of Education, Razak Abdul-Korah, clarified that the suspension is a procedural measure and does not imply any assumption of guilt. The letter further assured that the headmaster would be informed of the investigation’s outcome and any subsequent actions.
The letter instructed Issahaku to hand over the management of the school, along with any property in his possession, to the Upper West Regional Director of Education. It also emphasized that the headmaster must make himself available to assist with the investigation and refrain from taking any actions that might interfere with the ongoing probe.
The letter concluded by providing the regional office’s contact details for any further inquiries during official working hours.
