Terminate The Appointment Of Bank Of Ghana Governor – Manhyia MP.
The secretary for Kumasi MPs Bloc and Member of Parliament for Manhyia south in Ashanti region, Lawyer Baffour Awuah has called on President Mahama to withdraw the appointment of Mr Johnson Asiamah as Bank of Ghana Governor since there’s bribery and corruption on his line of duty.
He said, his case was in court over the collapsement of some banks in Ghana when he was deputy BoG in Mahama administration.
He’s in court with two corruption cases against him how should he be appointed as governor of Bank of Ghana.
Hon. Lawyer Baffour indicated his tenure in office as deputy governor of the bank of Ghana collapsed banking sector and business as well. He therefore calling for immediate redrawal of Johnson Asiama appointment or face their wrath.
