TV Personality Sentenced After Admitting to False Rape Claim Against AC Milan Player

A TV model has been sentenced to a suspended prison term and fined after admitting to making a false rape accusation against Theo Hernandez, the AC Milan defender. Luisa Kremleva, a Russian-born television personality, was previously scheduled to stand trial in October 2024, but her lawyer abruptly cited a “medical emergency,” leading to a suspension of proceedings. Kremleva, 28, also chose to stay away from the courtroom in Malaga, Spain, likely due to the media attention surrounding the case.

After months of legal delays, Kremleva ultimately reached a plea deal with prosecutors, admitting to perjury in relation to her false claim that Hernandez had raped her outside a nightclub in Marbella.
